Maya E. Missaghi

With nearly a decade of experience, Maya E. Missaghi provides judicious legal representation to clients in pressing estate matters involving elder law, probate, estate planning and administration, and guardianships, as well as wills and trusts. From the law office of Collins, Buckley, Sauntry & Haugh, PLLP, in Saint Paul, Minnesota, she serves residents throughout the surrounding region and beyond.

Ms. Missaghi completed her undergraduate studies in 2004, graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree in French and psychology from Tufts University. After spending a considerable period of time as an educator, she enrolled at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where her legal prowess and acumen were evident early on through her active participation in many on-campus activities. She received her Juris Doctor in 2015, and in the very next year, she obtained her license to practice law in Minnesota.

In a relatively short period of time, Ms. Missaghi has garnered the praise and adulation of her peers through her pristine, client-centric practice that aims to progress the standard of client care in her industry to even greater heights. She has held important positions within many prominent legal organizations, including as president of the Ramsey County Bar Association (RCBA) and co-chair of its Diversity Committee, and as a member of the Foundation Board at the Minnesota State Bar Association.

With a rugged determination to spread awareness of the constant developments within her legal community, Ms. Missaghi is co-chair of the RCBA’s Youth and Civics Initiative, and works to increase the youth’s interest in the judicial system.
