Mr. Johnson has protected the rights of clients in the courtroom, appellate courts and up to the U.S. Supreme Court. Currently serving as co-chair of the products liability section of the Minnesota Association for Justice, he is involved in numerous mass tort litigations representing injured individuals nationwide. He has participated in the resolution of global settlements in product liability litigations and has sat on leadership committees in a variety of mass tort litigations.

Mr. Johnson has also been recognized as a leader in the legal field.  He is the recipient of both the Attorney of the Year Award presented by Minnesota Lawyer and the Stephen J. Sharpe Public Service Award by the American Association for Justice.
