The founding attorney of his eponymous law firm, located in Saint Paul in Minnesota, Rob Roe strives to solve legal issues for his personal injury clients. He spreads his services to the Minneapolis–St. Paul metropolitan area in Minnesota, concentrating primarily on motor vehicle accidents and premises liability along with wrongful death, product liability and medical malpractice.
Licensed to practice in Minnesota since 1996, Mr. Roe is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. He established Rob Roe Law, LLC, in 2001 to try and make the lives of people who have been injured easier. He counsels his clients on the intricacies of law and how each choice can alter the course of the case so that they can make informed decisions.
In 1996, Mr. Roe graduated with his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School. While studying law, he was elected as the vice president of the university’s law council and was actively involved in the American Bar Association Moot Court competitions. Before that, he had obtained a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Minnesota in 1993.
Mr. Roe was the former president of the Minnesota Association for Justice and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Ramsey County Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
