Attorney Royee Vlodaver is the chief manager and president of Vlodaver Law Offices, LLC, in St. Paul, Minnesota. Mr. Vlodaver handles business transactional matters involving business formations, mergers, acquisitions, and contract drafting and review. He represents clients in St. Paul, Minneapolis, Rochester, Duluth and throughout the entire state of Minnesota.
Mr. Vlodaver has over a decade of experience. Over the course of his career, he has handled business transactions of all sizes and types. His clients include large corporations, small businesses as well as individuals. Regardless of the client, he is committed to providing accurate cost effective legal advice with business perspective on his clients’ behalf.
Before founding his law firm, Mr. Vlodaver worked in the in-house legal division of a Fortune 100 company and in the Minnesota office of a prominent litigation firm. He uses this knowledge and experience to provide the highest quality of legal service and advice to his clients.
Honored for his achievements, Mr. Vlodaver is the recipient of the Arthur T. Pfefer Memorial Award from the Twin Cities Cardozo Society. He engages in pro bono work and in recognition of his volunteer efforts he has received the North Star award for community service, presented through the Minnesota State Bar Association on mulitple occassions.
Mr. Vlodaver is active in his legal community. He is a member of the Ramsey County Bar Association, and the Hennepin County Bar Association. He also serves as the Ramsey County representative for the University of Minnesota Student Legal Services Board of Directors.
Mr. Vlodaver graduated summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota’s University Honors Program. He earned his law degree with honors from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and obtained his license to practice law in 2006.
