Thomas Atkinson

The founder of Atkinson Gerber Law Office, in St. Paul, Minnesota, Thomas A. Atkinson has practiced workers' compensation law for more than two decades. In addition to his primary focus on workplace injury law, Mr. Atkinson also offers representation in matters involving Social Security Disability Insurance. The workers' compensation and disability issues he handles include medical benefits, rehabilitation, light-duty work, benefits discontinuance and involve various disability types ranging from temporary partial to permanent total. Mr. Atkinson provides representation to individuals throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin. In addition to serving clients in the Twin Cities, his firm has handled cases in Rochester, Alexandria, St. Cloud, Duluth and northern Minnesota's Iron Range.

Mr. Atkinson graduated from Mitchell Hamline Law School in St. Paul, Minnesota, in 1993 with a Juris Doctor and holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice.
