Joseph F. Henderson

Joe Henderson is a highly-respected and experienced estate planning, probate, corporate, and small business attorney with senior-level and global managerial experience. Joe’s background also includes work as the founder of a software company, a campaign manager for both statewide and a federal offices, an Assistant Attorney General, a federal lobbyist, and a U.S. Congressional Aide.

Henderson is a native of White Bear Lake, Minnesota. He attended the University of St. Thomas, receiving a B.A. in Business, Marketing and Political Science. After undergrad, Joe worked in Washington, DC as a Legislative Assistant to the Chair of the Ways & Means Health Subcommittee and as a trade and tax lobbyist before returning to attend the University of Minnesota Law School, consistently ranked as one of the top 20 law schools in the nation. Joe served as an Assistant Attorney General under Hubert H. Humphrey, III; an associate attorney with a Minneapolis corporate law firm; and as senior in-house corporate and regulatory counsel with a global financial services company before launching his independent law practice.

Joe and his wife Jill are the proud parents of hilarious identical twin boys Emmett and Edwin. They run an active double-entrepreneur household and share a love of sports, travel, lakes, the Great British Baking Show, and adventurous eating.
