Anthony L. Farese

With a reputation of high ethical standards, an unbreakable work ethic, a straightforward attitude and vehement enthusiasm to see his clients get out of the dire situations they’ve found themselves in with civility, Mr. Anthony L. Farese is devoted to his work and helps individuals in matters involving criminal law and personal injury, as well as civil litigation. Mr. Farese completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Mississippi in 1983. Right away after graduating with his Bachelor of Public Administration degree, he enrolled at The University of Mississippi School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1985. He received his license to practice in Mississippi a year after graduating law school, and later, in Tennessee. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and 6th Circuits and the Supreme Court of the United States.

A true consummate professional for more than 35 years, Mr. Farese has made a sizeable impact with his advocacy, giving his clients a chance to breathe freely after having a host of charges hovering over them subsequently pushed away with reduced sentences and similar amicable resolutions. From felony drug charges and white collar crimes to misdemeanors, his quality of representation remains consistent and efficacious.
