While in law school, he was part of the Mississippi Law Journal and received the E.S. “Ned” Nelson Memorial Scholarship and the Bud B. Whetstone Scholarship. He also completed his Master of Law in taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1996.

Mr. Dick is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the United States Tax Court.

Practicing law for more than 25 years, Mr. Dick has been lauded by the legal community for his professionalism and high ethical standards.
