Stephen G. Peresich is a senior partner of Page, Mannino, Peresich & McDermott, PLLC, in Biloxi, Mississippi. Mr. Peresich litigates matters involving insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, commercial litigation, employment law, health care litigation, hospital administrative law, premises liability defense and products liability defense.
Mr. Peresich has been a licensed attorney since 1981 and has more than 40 years of experience. He is admitted in all Mississippi state courts and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Peresich has been involved in many significant cases in the Mississippi trial and appellate courts. He has earned an AV Preeminent* rating by the peer review organization Martindale-Hubbell and a listing in the publication “The Best Lawyers in America” since 2012, and has received Super Lawyer recondition since 2018. He is a member of FDCC.

Mr. Peresich has served in many leadership roles with community organizations over the years. He continues to serve as hospital board attorney for the Merit Health Biloxi’s Board of Trustees and Trustee Emeritus of the Ohr-O’Keefe Museum of Art.
Mr. Peresich holds a bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University and earned his law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law.
