Clinton W. Moody

Clinton W. Moody is an efficient civil trial litigator at the Cosmich Simmons & Brown, PLLC, law firm based in Jackson, Mississippi. With nearly two decades of legal experience, he zealously serves as a local and national legal counsel for defendants – individuals as well as businesses – in class actions, toxic torts, product liability, premises liability, breach of warranty and a variety of other actions.

At the University of Mississippi, Mr. Moody pursued his Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in psychology. He graduated cum laude in 2000 and enrolled at the University of Mississippi Law Center to pursue his legal education. He received his Juris Doctor in 2003.

During law school, Mr. Moody was a recipient of the Jane McCarty Travis Scholarship and the Helene Powell McClure Scholarship. He was authorized to practice law in all the state courts of Mississippi in 2004 and later in Tennessee. He also gained valuable experience by working as a judicial clerk at the Mississippi Court of Appeals for Judge T. Kenneth Griffis Jr.
