Clinton W. Moody

Clinton W. Moody is a results-oriented civil trial litigator at the Cosmich Simmons & Brown, PLLC law firm based in Jackson, Mississippi. With nearly two decades of legal experience, he zealously serves as a local and national legal counsel for defendants in class actions, toxic torts, product liability, premises liability, breach of warranty and a variety of other actions.

At the University of Mississippi, Mr. Moody pursued his Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in psychology. He graduated cum laude in 2000 and enrolled at the University of Mississippi School of Law to pursue his legal education. He received his Juris Doctor in 2003.

During law school, Mr. Moody was a recipient of the Jane McCarty Travis Scholarship and the Helene Powell McClure Scholarship.  After law school, he gained valuable experience by working as a judicial clerk at the Mississippi Court of Appeals for Judge T. Kenneth Griffis, Jr.

Well-versed in the procedural nuances of litigation, Mr. Moody uses his deep knowledge base and streamlined process to mount an effective defense in sophisticated, high-stakes cases.
