John D. Cosmich

John D. Cosmich is a partner at the law firm Cosmich Simmons & Brown, PLLC, located in Jackson, Mississippi. With more than 33 years of experience practicing law, he focuses his practice on products liability, mass and toxic tort litigation, and tort and insurance litigation.  

Graduating cum laude, Mr. Cosmich has a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Mississippi. He continued his legal studies in the same university’s law school and obtained his doctorate in jurisprudence in 1988. in law school, he was the recipient of the Eastland Scholarship in Law. He is admitted to practice in Mississippi.
