Rebecca McRae Langston

With a special focus on birth-related injuries and deaths, attorney Rebecca McRae Langston serves as the managing partner of the Langston & Langston law firm. The firm has branches in Southlake, Texas and Jackson, Mississippi. Primarily representing legal matters on behalf of mothers and infants impacted due to mishaps during birth, she also has experience handling cases and class action litigation involving:

With more than 25 years of experience in the field of law practice, Ms. Langston has built her reputation in both Mississippi, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and the District of Columbia. Graduating with her bachelor’s degree in business management with an emphasis in human resources, Ms. Langston was also the president of the Society for Human Resource Management, Orientation Leader & Rebel Recruiter at The University of Mississippi. In 1999, she was the first graduate of a joint J.D. and master’s in business administration degree from Mississippi College School of Law, where she also served as the president of the student chapter of the Mississippi Association for Justice.

Working as an associate for more than four years, Ms. Langston built a strong foundation in law, specifically in the field of personal injury to utilize her skills for the benefit of those who suffer due to no fault of their own. She is also licensed as a certified mediator and arbitrator to resolve issues using alternative dispute resolution methods.
