Randall R. Saxton is a bankruptcy attorney and the founder of Saxton Law, PLLC, in Madison, Mississippi. He has been authorized to practice law in the state for over a decade now, and actively assists people on the following matters:

An alumnus of Mississippi College, Mr. Saxton earned his bachelor’s degree in 2006 majoring in history and English. He later pursued his master’s degree in administration justice at the same college, where he also got the chance to study a semester abroad in France. He enrolled in the Mississippi College School of Law for his legal studies and earned his Juris Doctor in 2010.
Along with serving clients through Saxton Law, PLLC, Mr. Saxton has experience working at various government offices. He served as the chief of staff at the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency for two years. Additionally, he was appointed by the former governor of Mississippi, Phil Bryant, as a State Non-Discrimination Certifying Officer.
Mr. Saxton is often termed one of the most dependable attorneys and is well-known and respected in the legal community. He holds affiliations with the Charles Clark American Inn of Court, the American Law Society, the National Emergency Management Association and the State Guard Association of the United States.
