He enrolled in the Mississippi College School of Law for his legal studies and earned his Juris Doctor in 2010. 

Along with serving clients through Saxton Law, PLLC, Mr. Saxton has experience working at various government offices. He served as the chief of staff at the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency for two years. Additionally, he was appointed by the former governor of Mississippi, Phil Bryant, as a State Non-Discrimination Certifying Officer.
