Heber Simmons, III

One of the founder of Simmons Dallas, PLLC, Heber Simmons, III, handles a variety of civil trial matters for his clients throughout the state of Mississippi. and Tennessee.  Located in Ridgeland, Mississippi, the types of cases that he has had experience in have included personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death litigation, in which he has represented people who have been harmed by the negligence of other parties in incidents involving motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, toxic exposure and premises liability. Mr. Simmons’ trial background has also included breach of contract and other business litigation, partnership disputes, and noncompete agreement violations.

Mr. Simmons is admitted to practice before all Mississippi and Tennessee state courts. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. Majoring in business, Mr. Simmons attended The University of Mississippi and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1984. Remaining in Oxford, he pursued his legal studies at The University of Mississippi School of Law, where he served on the Mississippi Law Journal, first as Case Editor and then as Editor-in-Chief. He is an active participant in the Health Law Section of The Mississippi Bar and several other professional groups.
