Jay M. Kilpatrick

Jay M. Kilpatrick became a member of Kilpatrick & Philley Attorneys at Law in the year 2016. He provides legal services to clients not only in the Jackson Metro area but also throughout the entire state. He has an impressive background, which includes 16 years with a larger firm in the Jackson area, where he held the position of shareholder. His primary practice areas include:

Throughout his career, Mr. Kilpatrick has successfully orchestrated the recovery of over $35 million for his clients through both verdicts and settlements across various case types. Additionally, he practices family law, where he provides comprehensive representation in divorce and child custody matters.
