Vanessa M. Starke

At the University of Missouri School of Law, she served on the Student Bar Association and as the American Constitution Society’s social chairperson. While in law school, she was vice-president and co-founder of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund.

A graduate of the Missouri Bar Leadership Academy, Mr. Starke also served as a board member, treasurer and representative of the Young Lawyers Section of the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association. She graduated from the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association’s Bar Leadership Academy as well.

For the western district of Missouri, she is a member of the Young Professional Board of Legal Aid. Ms. Starke is also engaged with the Rotary International, as she is passionate about giving back to a community that has helped her become successful.
