• $1,250,000 policy limits settlement for two women injured when the were rear-ended by another vehicle at a stop light. Both women required lumbar disc replacement surgeries. , 2024
• $845,000 settlement for a woman involved in a disputed liability crash with a tractor trailer where the driver of the tractor trailer was driving too fast for rainy conditions and failed to properly slow enough to allow the woman to merge onto the highway causing a rear-end collision into the back of her vehicle. The woman suffered a SLAP tear in her shoulder requiring surgery. A two level fusion was also recommended to her lumbar spine.  , 2024
• $600,000 settlement during litigation for a woman who slipped and fell in a puddle of water at a pet store resulting in head, left wrist, right knee, cervical and lumbar injuries. Employees of the store failed to warn the woman of water on the floor that they knew had spilled into the aisle from one of their fish displays. He suffered an concussion and disc bulging at multiple levels requiring pain management and a recommended left knee arthroscopy and tendon repair. , 2024
• $365,000 settlement during litigation for a woman who was injured when a patrol car attempted to make U-turn in a busy intersection to pursue a suspect vehicle. The officer failed to timely activate his lights and siren prior to making the U-turn as the woman, traveling through the intersection, was unable to avoid striking the patrol car. The woman suffered herniated discs in her lumbar spine, she underwent pain management and ultimately required a L5-S1 discectomy. , 2024
