Joseph Lambson

Joseph A. Lambson is one of the most sought after family law and civil litigation attorneys in Missouri. 

A seasoned courtroom trial lawyer and a strategist at the negotiation table, Joe focuses his family law practice in the areas of high asset divorce and complex child custody matters. Many of Joe’s cases involve concerns about a litigant’s mental health, allegations of substance abuse, and/or allegations of domestic violence. 

Joe has a passion for fighting for the rights of children and devotes significant energy in his practice to representing victims of school bullying and cyber bullying and to helping individuals and families navigate their options when their child or loved one is the victim of abuse, harassment, or other forms of negligence. Joe’s civil practice is often, but not always, interconnected with his family law cases as he focuses on matters involving wrongful death, personal injury, invasion of privacy, and negligence on the part of corporations and school districts. 

Joe, a founding member and former President of the Hispanic Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, has served as a member of the Missouri Bar’s Diversity Committee and the Missouri Bar’s Annual Meeting Planning Committee. He is fluent in Spanish and is frequently invited to present at legal conferences throughout Missouri including the Missouri Family Law Conference and the Missouri Bar Annual Meeting. 

Joe received his law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri and his undergraduate degree in philosophy from Brigham Young University in Utah.
