With more than 25 years of experience, Adam Moore is a pragmatic, results-oriented attorney who advises and represents businesses and individuals in complex litigation and legal matters nationwide. He has extensive experience handling all phases of litigation and counseling company leaders and decision-makers on key legal and transactional issues.

Adam collaborates closely with executives and internal stakeholders to navigate complex legal challenges, anticipate and mitigate risk, and develop practical strategies that align with business goals.

He brings a diverse background that includes more than 15 years at an Am Law 100 firm and experience founding and managing his own law firm. Adam has been recognized among the area’s top attorneys and selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers every year since 2016.

• Defended Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 corporations, as well as privately held companies, in nationwide litigation involving product liability, consumer fraud, commercial disputes, environmental and toxic torts, and class actions. Clients included major pharmaceutical, food production, chemical, manufacturing, retail and energy companies.
• Obtained a complete defense verdict in a toxic tort case alleging workplace exposure caused the plaintiff’s occupational disease, recognized as the largest defense verdict in Missouri in 2012.
• Led the defense of a Fortune 100 corporation in 69 groundwater contamination claims developed by Erin Brockovich, achieving highly cost-effective results through dismissals and favorable settlements.
• Obtained summary judgment for an insurer in a coverage dispute involving the failure of a retaining wall at a performing arts center.
• Defended high-profile, multidistrict food product contamination and recall litigation, minimizing both liability and reputational risk to the client.
