- Fuentes v. KM-T.E.H. Realty 8, LLC, et al., Case No. 1916-CV29273, Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri court-approved class action settlements against five insurance company defendants in the collective approximate amount of $5,875,000 (featured in Missouri Lawyers Media's "Top Verdicts & Settlements 2025: Plaintiff wins" and "Runaway defendant in class-action lawsuit results in plaintiff settlements" on October 23, 2025); and approved as co-class counsel in 2020 on behalf of a certified class of tenants from Ruskin Place Apartments in Kansas City, Missouri; and $62 million judgment obtained in September of 2020 against judgment debtor defendants KM-T.E.H. Realty 8, LLC and Michael Fein (judgment remains unsatisfied and collection efforts remain pending).

Nephrite Fund I, LLC, et al., Case No. 2116-CV13008, Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri court-approved class action settlement for $1,500,000 plus various forms of non-monetary relief, including satisfactions of judgments against defendants' tenants in any case entered in favor of the defendants and dismissing those pending cases filed against members of the class (total value was approximately $1,908,053.65); and appointed co-class counsel in 2022 on behalf of a certified class of tenants from Suncrest Apartments in Raytown, Missouri.
- Simpson v. Cloverleaf Apartments Investors, LLC, et al., Case No. 2116-CV11060, Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri court-approved class action settlement for $2,100,000 plus various forms of non-monetary relief, including a 10-year ban on one defendant doing business in Missouri; and approved as co-class counsel in 2021 on behalf of a certified class of tenants from Cloverleaf Apartments in Grandview, Missouri.
- Baker v. Martin Leigh PC, Case No. 1816-CV32043, Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri court-approved $750,000 class action settlement against an alleged debt collector and cessation of its debt collection activities; and appointed as co-class counsel in 2020 on behalf of a certified class of Missouri citizens who received a debt collection letter from Martin Leigh PC, where Martin Leigh PC was acting on behalf of a debt purchaser.
- Winters v. Davis, Case No. 2116-CV02001, Associate Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri represented defendant/counterclaim plaintiff tenant; successfully argued Rule 61.01 sanctions and plaintiff's pleadings were stricken on morning of bench trial; bench trial and judgment entered in favor of defendant tenant for $9,200 in rent and security deposit she paid to landlord and $17,324 in attorney's fees; and featured in Missouri Lawyers Media's "Tenant gets back rent after judge rules building uninhabitable" on November 1, 2021.
