Arielle A. Spiridigliozzi

With more than seven years of experience, attorney Arielle A. Spiridigliozzi serves as an associate attorney at Berkowitz Cook Gondring Driskell & Drobeck, LLC, where she applies her profound understanding of family law to assist clients during challenging times. Basing her practice in Kansas City, Missouri, she caters to her clients’ needs in matters of divorce, property division, spousal maintenance and support, custody and parenting time, pre- and postnuptial agreements, and more. 

At The University of Kansas, Ms. Spiridigliozzi earned a Bachelor of General Studies, majoring in history with a minor in U.S. public policy. During her undergraduate studies, she was not only a member of the KU Women’s Division I Rowing Team but also gained invaluable experience interning at the Kansas Capitol for the Honorable Representative Barbara Ballard. Her commitment to civic engagement was further demonstrated through her volunteer work at the Robert J. Dole Institute of Politics, where she repeatedly served as a counselor for the Youth Civic Leadership Institute.

Ms. Spiridigliozzi pursued her Juris Doctor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) School of Law, focusing on family law. Her involvement in various organizations, including the National Association of Women Lawyers, The International Law Society and The Family Law Society, highlights her active participation in the legal community. Her leadership skills were evident as she served as the 2L Representative for the American Constitution Society and later as the social chair. 

Throughout her tenure at law school, Ms. Spiridigliozzi contributed to legal scholarship as a staff member of the UMKC Law Review and The Urban Lawyer. Her role as program editor of The Urban Lawyer underscored her ability to engage with critical issues in local and state politics. Her writings were published twice, reflecting her insight into Kansas politics and other legal matters.

Upon her licensure in Missouri, Ms. Spiridigliozzi transitioned from a law clerk to an associate attorney at Berkowitz Cook Gondring Driskell & Drobeck, LLC. Her compassion for individuals navigating family law matters, particularly divorce, makes her a valuable asset to the firm. Her practice is supported by her admissions to The Missouri Bar in 2018 and the Kansas Bar Association in 2021, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Her professional affiliations, including membership in the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association, further demonstrate her commitment to the legal profession and her community.
