Ben T. Schmitt is an accomplished trial attorney and partner at Schmitt Templin, LLC, in Kansas City, Missouri, focusing his practice on insurance coverage disputes, automobile and motorcycle liability, product liability and medical malpractice. With a degree in business administration and economics, Mr. Schmitt earned his Bachelor of Science from Illinois College and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law in 1989. He was admitted to the Kansas Bar Association in 1989 and The Missouri Bar in 1990. His background in both business and law gives him a unique perspective when handling complex personal injury and insurance matters.
Mr. Schmitt is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Kansas Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, the Kansas Association for Justice, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
