Braden Perry

A highly esteemed corporate and business law attorney serving the Kansas City area, Braden Perry is a partner at the law firm Kennyhertz Perry, which has offices in Missouri and Kansas. He has served as a senior trial attorney for the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission and as a senior vice president and chief compliance officer of a global financial services firm, which also had a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority membership.

After earnind a bachelor’s degree in journalism and communication from Kansas State University in 1999, Mr. Perry began attending the University of Kansas School of Law. As a law student, he was involved in the activities of the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy. Graduating with his Juird Doctor in 2002, he also completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Judge John W. Lungstrum at the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.

Extending a helping hand to people who cannot afford quality legal services, Mr. Perry often represents them in federal criminal cases by serving on the Criminal Justice Act Panel for multiple district courts across Kansas and Missouri.
