Brett Davis

Brett Davis is a personal injury and employment litigation attorney at Davis George LLC in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Davis has over 30 years of legal experience and serves clients throughout Missouri and Kansas. He is committed to fighting for the rights of workers and justice for the injured.

In his personal injury practice, Mr. Davis handles cases involving automobile accidents, premises liability, trucking accidents and workplace injuries. His employment law practice encompasses many types of cases, including those involving sexual harassment, racial discrimination, sex discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour violations.

Mr. Davis earned a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from Emporia (Kansas) State University. He received his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, graduating with honors. While attending law school, he was selected to the UMKC Law Review  He holds a license to practice law before all Missouri and Kansas state courts, as well as multiple federal courts.

Following law school, Mr. Davis began practicing with a major Kansas City-based defense law firm, representing corporations and insurance companies. He later began representing plaintiffs - real people - and spent many years as a partner at a private plaintiff’s law firm before founding Davis George LLC. His background as a defense attorney provided him with insight into the strategies used to defend injury cases, which he uses to the benefit of his current clients.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Davis has recovered substantial sums in verdicts and settlements for his clients. He has tried cases at the state and federal levels and has served as lead attorney at many arbitration hearings.
