Bryce B. Bell

Founder of Bell Law, LLC, Bryce B. Bell handles cases of consumer protection, debtor rights, auto fraud, consumer arbitrations, fair credit reporting issues, fair debt collection, product and service misrepresentation and wrongdoing, unfair and deceptive acts and practices, and class actions in Kansas City, Missouri. Experienced in the financial sector with companies that offered financial services such as insurance, real estate and mortgage, Mr. Bell has an intricate understanding of consumer law. His passion is consumer protection and filling the need he saw in the community for it.

With a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law, Mr. Bell is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Missouri, the Kansas Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Missouri, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Mr. Bell also teaches seminars and classes for the National Consumer Law Center.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association Litigation Section, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association and the National Association of Consumer Advocates. In 2017-2018, Mr. Bell was named an Eagle by the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Bell has dedicated his practice to providing fair treatment to consumers under the law. Protecting the rights of consumers against large, powerful companies is his passion. With a belief that all consumers are entitled to safe, quality products, he holds companies responsible to their ethical and legal commitments.
