Hailing from Kansas City, Mr. Kennyhertz previously held the position of general counsel at a prominent Kansas City-based private equity firm, where he oversaw handling legal matters not just related to real estate for the firm but also managed risk management and compliance for all the entities within the firm's portfolio. Prior to that, he provided advisory services to different private equity firms focusing on financial services in Newport Beach, California.
