Jordan Dollar

Jordan Dollar serves as a personal injury attorney at the Kansas City, Missouri, law firm of Dollar, Burns, Becker & Hershewe, L.C. Licensed to practice in Missouri since 2019, he represents clients with matters involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death and insurance bad faith.

Following in the footsteps of his father, Mr. Dollar is an advocate for victims who’ve had their lives turned upside down due to the negligence of another. Knowing how insurance companies operate and how they sometimes abuse their own customers, he fights hard to make sure insurance companies abide by their contractual obligations and attain compensation for his clients.

After graduating from The University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in political science in 2016, Mr. Dollar obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law in 2019. While in law school, he interned at the Missouri Court of Appeals for the Western District.

Licensed to practice in 2019 by The Missouri Bar, Mr. Dollar worked as a judicial law clerk at the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri for two years. His experience in the Missouri justice system gives him a unique insight into how the other side approaches a case. He uses this insight to help his clients along with his tenacity for conducting research.

Mr. Dollar is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and The Missouri Bar. He has defended clients in the Missouri Court of Appeals and Missouri Circuit Court. Sharing the knowledge accumulated throughout his career, he has authored a law review article on bad faith insurance in Missouri. He has received a “Good” rating on Avvo.
