Kenneth E. Barnes

Kenneth E. Barnes, of Barnes Law Firm, is a personal injury attorney in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Barnes has over 20 years of experience handling personal injury matters involving brain injury, railroad accidents, wrongful death and matters under the Federal Employers Liability Act, serving clients in Missouri and Kansas. 

After graduating from Lindenwood University in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in political science, Mr. Barnes received his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. He holds a license to practice before all Missouri and Kansas state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. 

Mr. Barnes has practiced personal injury law throughout his career, and has recovered major amounts in settlements and verdicts for accident victims and their families. He is dedicated to developing personal relationships with his clients, understanding that they are going through a difficult time. He advocates aggressively on their behalf for fair compensation after an injury caused by negligence.
