Mr. McManus completed his undergraduate studies in 2001, graduating with his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame. He then went on to enroll at the Saint Louis University School of Law, where he served as the editor for the university's law journal, an 1843 Scholar and a member of the Public Interest Law Group. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor and his license to practice law in Missouri in 2006, he externed for the Honorable Judge E. Richard Webber of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District Court of Missouri, providing him with immense exposure to the inner workings of the federal judicial system.
