Lewis Galloway

A highly regarded civil litigation attorney, Lewis Galloway is the founder of LG Law LLC. Based in Kansas City, Missouri, he represents clients throughout the greater metropolitan area, including in adjoining Kansas. Mr. Galloway has been admitted to practice in Missouri since 2000 and in Kansas since 2001.

The primary portion of Mr. Galloway’s practice consists of employment law matters in which he represents current, former and prospective employees. Many of his cases have involved discrimination that is prohibited by various laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Mr. Galloway has also assisted people who have been wrongfully termination or otherwise been the victims of unlawful retaliation, and his experience has encompassed wage and hour violations under the Fair Labor Standards Act as well as the representation of victims of workplace sexual harassment.

Outside of the employment law area, Mr. Galloway has handled many complex business litigation matters. He has worked on cases involving contract breaches, the misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud and breaches of fiduciary duties. Mr. Galloway’s successful track record in all of his professional endeavors has earned him a favorable reputation among his colleagues, including an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell and an "Excellent" peer review rating through Avvo. In addition, he has been named to the Kansas City Business Journal’s annual “Best of the Bar” list on several occasions.
