Rachel D. Stahle

Attorney Rachel D. Stahle is a partner at Dollar, Burns, Becker & Hershewe, in Kansas City, Missouri. Ms. Stahle practices personal injury law, including in cases involving medical malpractice and nursing home abuse and neglect. She represents clients in Missouri and Kansas.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Stahle has developed a track record of successful representation on behalf of injured Missouri and Kansas residents, earning her the respect of her peers and recognition from professional organizations. The National Trial Lawyers included her on its “Top 40 Under 40” list multiple years in a row and the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys named her one of the “10 Best Female Attorneys in Missouri” in 2019. Additionally, Missouri Lawyers Weekly magazine included her on its “Up and Coming” list and America’s Top 100 Attorneys listed her among the “Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys.”

Ms. Stahle is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Kansas Bar Association, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, the Lawyers Association of Kansas City and the American Association for Justice. She also belongs to the Kansas City-Ross T. Roberts American Inn of Court. She is a graduate of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association Bar Leadership Academy and a former board member of the association’s Young Lawyers Section.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Iowa, Ms. Stahle received her law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. She holds licenses to practice law in Missouri and Kansas, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri and the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
