Rachel Lawrence

Rachel Lawrence is an attorney at the firm Brown & Crouppen, P.C., which has its offices in Kansas City, Missouri. She focuses her practice on personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bites and more. With a decade of experience in the legal field, she serves clients throughout Missouri. 

Ms. Lawrence cares deeply about her clients and vigorously defends their legal rights when they have been injured or lost a loved one as a result of the carelessness or recklessness of others. Her goal is to see that they are compensated for their losses and given the justice they deserve.

Majoring in journalism and strategic communication, Ms. Lawrence obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She then pursued her legal studies and received her doctorate in jurisprudence in 2014. For the Missouri Law Review, she was the notes and comments editor. She was also the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for academic excellence in the Clinical Skills course and the Criminal Clinic Writing Project course. 

During law school, Ms. Lawrence served as a criminal appeals intern at the Missouri Attorney General's Office and also worked at the University of Missouri Criminal Prosecution Clinic. She is authorized to practice law in Missouri, Kansas and Illinois. She has been representing clients at Brown & Crouppen effectively since 2018, and many of her cases have resulted in six-figure settlements for her clients. 

Ms. Lawrence contributes her time to being actively affiliated with the legal community, and this is seen in her memberships in the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers and the American Association for Justice. She has received a “Good” rating on Avvo for her noteworthy legal services.
