She is widely recognized for her advocacy on behalf of vulnerable clients and her commitment to holding institutions and individuals accountable for serious misconduct.
With over 35 years of experience, Ms. Randles uses a strategic, client-focused approach in cases that have significant emotional, legal and social impact. She has achieved major success in cases involving sexual abuse and civil rights violations, often confronting powerful defendants and managing legally challenging disputes. Her work is marked by thorough preparation, persuasive advocacy and a focus on achieving meaningful outcomes for her clients.
Ms. Randles graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southwest Baptist University in 1985. She later went on to pursue her legal studies at the Baylor University Law School, where she bolstered her legal principles and obtained her Juris Doctor in 1988. Among her significant case results, Ms. Randles obtained a $10 million settlement on behalf of a class of clergy sexual abuse survivors. She also achieved a jury verdict exceeding $7.2 million for a survivor of cyberstalking and sexual abuse, and negotiated a recovery of more than $2.25 million for victims in matters involving wrongful death and clergy sexual abuse. These outcomes demonstrate her depth of experience in both individual and class action litigation, as well as her readiness to take cases through trial when necessary.
