Tristan Medlin

With a drive to provide justice for the victims of personal injury and workplace accidents, Tristan Medlin works tirelessly to assure his clients are well-taken care of during their burdensome ordeal. At DiPasquale Moore in Kansas City, Missouri, he has handled cases involving unethical insurance practices, medical malpractice, catastrophic accidents and more, and he strives to provide meaningful counsel to those who need it the most.

After completing his undergraduate studies in film production at California State University, Northridge in 2009, Mr. Medlin spent a brief period working as an audio engineer for a variety of acclaimed entertainment acts. However, always having wanted to help people and see the real difference it can make for a single person, he enrolled at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2017. The same year, he obtained his license to practice in Missouri, and later gained admission to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri. 

Always taking on every case with the goal of an amicable conclusion, Mr. Medlin goes straight to work, compiling evidence and the stories of his clients to paint a picture that is irrefutable in the eyes of the law. His empathy allows him to understand what his clients go through, and his only focus is ensuring that a semblance of normalcy returns to their lives, and that the monetary compensation they received be put into kickstarting their lives again to how it once was. 

When not working diligently to help his clients with their personal injury or workers’ compensation matters, Mr. Medlin stays active within his legal community through close affiliations with many prominent legal organizations such as The Missouri Bar, the Kansas Bar Association, the Jasper County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
