Wes Shumate

Wes Shumate is a seasoned personal injury attorney at Davis, Bethune & Jones, L.L.C., in Kansas City, Missouri, well-equipped to handle a wide range of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and product defects, as well as professional negligence. After completing his undergraduate studies at Murray State University in 2001, Mr. Shumate pursued his legal education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where he honed his legal talents that would become the foundation of his career. After receiving his Juris Doctor in 2004, he became licensed to practice in Tennessee the same year and later obtained his license to practice in Kansas and Missouri. Moreover, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
