Daniel C. Mizell

Daniel C. Mizell is the owner and manager of the firm Deputy & Mizell, L.L.C, which has its offices in Lebanon, Missouri. In the legal field for more than 25 years, he focuses his practice on litigating personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, workers’ compensation, wrongful death, boating accidents, and slip-and-fall accidents.

With a major in finance, Mr. Mizell received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia. He went on to study law at the University of Missouri Columbia School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor in 1997. In law school, he was inducted into the Order of the Barristers and was a member of the Missouri Environmental Law and Policy Review. 

Additionally, Mr. Mizell was the recipient of the Roscoe Anderson award for Excellence in Moot Court and the R. David Ray Award for Trial Advocacy. In 1998, he received authorization to practice law in Missouri and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. 

Mr. Mizell is an active participant in the legal community, holding memberships in the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, The Missouri Bar, the Laclede County Bar Association, and the Missouri Bar Foundation, where he is a fellow.
