He then attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2008. That same year, he was admitted to practice law in Missouri. He was subsequently admitted to the Kansas Bar Association in 2009 and the Iowa State Bar Association in 2021. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
Beyond his practice, Mr. Delaney remains active in several professional organizations. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Attorneys Information Exchange Group, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. He also serves on the Missouri Bar's Solo and Small Firm Conference Planning Committee.
