Leading the firm’s trial teams alongside engineering experts, he investigates whether design, manufacturing or warning flaws caused serious injuries or fatalities. His work drives industry-wide safety improvements while securing vital compensation for catastrophically injured clients and their families.
Mr. Langdon earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri in 1970 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1972. By 1973, he was admitted to practice across multiple jurisdictions, including the state courts of Missouri, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.
Throughout his career, Mr. Langdon has led some of the nation’s most significant personal injury trials, securing multimillion-dollar verdicts for clients nationwide. Notably, in 2000, he was one of the eight U.S. lawyers selected to spearhead litigation against Ford/Firestone. A fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, he has served as president of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, an Attorneys Information Exchange Group executive board member and a governor for the American Association for Justice.
