Born and raised in Missouri, Mr. Noland attended William Jewell College in Liberty and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1975. He then pursued his legal education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, and in 1980, he graduated with his Juris Doctor. Mr. Noland is an adjunct professor in civil advocacy at his law school alma mater, and he is a member of several professional organizations.
