Admitted to practice in both Illinois and Missouri, Mr. Quinn is also admitted to practice before several federal courts. These include the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Through the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, he is qualified to assist in the presentation, preparation and prosecution of veteran benefits claims.

In 2004, Mr. Quinn graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis on banking and finance. Moving on to law school, he earned his Juris Doctor in 2007 when he graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law.

Mr. Quinn is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) as well as the Missouri and Illinois state chapters of NAELA. Within the Missouri chapter of NAELA, he has been in multiple leadership positions including serving as the President of the Missouri NAELA chapter in 2019.  He is a current member of the Past Presidents Council for Missouri NAELA and also serves on the Board of Directors for the VOYCE, a non-profit organization which advocates for seniors in long term care settings.  His dedication to community service has earned him the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis's Award of Merit and the Missouri NAELA Member of the Year Award in 2020.  He is also an Eagle Scout through the Boy Scouts of America.
