After graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1984 from Drury College, Mr. Wood attended the University of Missouri Kansas City (UMKC) School of Law. While at law school, he honed his legal acumen and strengthened his academic foundations, which would later serve his clients efficiently. He received his Juris Doctor in 1986, and a year later, he obtained his license to practice across all Missouri state courts.
A true consummate professional, Mr. Wood leaves no stone unturned in pursuit of achieving his clients’ goals and employs his tenacious work ethic and fierce advocacy to level the playing field against the opposition. Along with his work in the judiciary as a workers’ compensation judge, he also served as a municipal judge – giving him a keen understanding of how the local judiciary system operates and the steps he can take to give his clients the opportunities to resolve their legal woes amicably.
