A criminal law attorney, Dee Wampler represents clients in Springfield, Missouri, and the surrounding counties as a valuable partner of the Law Offices of Dee Wampler and Joseph Passanise. A former prosecutor and prosecuting attorney for Greene County, he has over three decades of experience in federal criminal law, DWI, drug violations and sex offenses.

Mr. Wampler is admitted to practice in Missouri and before the United States Tax Court, the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

In 1963, Mr. Wampler graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri, and then he attended the University of Missouri School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor.

A former elected fellow and current member of the American Board of Criminal Lawyers, Mr. Wampler also received an Award of Honor from the National Association of Chiefs of Police early in his career. He is a former chairman and board of directors for the Greene County Bar Association. He is also a member of The Missouri Bar and the American Bar Association, and he is chairman of the Chamber of Commerce’s Crime Prevention Operation Identification.

As a member of the board of directors, organizer and founder of Crimestoppers, Mr. Wampler shows his dedication to community service. He is also president of the Civil War Round Table of the Ozarks, and he is on the board of directors for Heartlight.
