Cynthia Leigh Albin

Cynthia Leigh Albin is an attorney at the Todt, Cody, Albin & Fuchs, LLC, in Clayton, Missouri. Providing sound and knowledgeable counsel for more than 28 years, she represents clients with family law matters, including divorce, child custody and support, spousal support, complex property division, paternity and more.

Ms. Albin is an understanding and empathetic attorney who aggressively fights for what is in her clients' best interests.  She is well aware of the sensitive nature of family law matters and handles each case with the sensitivity and compassion it deserves. She provides tailored and personalized representation with a steadfast commitment to her clients’ goals and expectations.

To resolve legal matters in a cost-effective and less contentious manner, Ms. Albin uses alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation. However, if trial is required, she will not hesitate to zealously advocate for her clients in court. Ms. Albin also serves as guardian ad litem and parenting coordinator in St. Louis and St. Charles Counties.  

With a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, Ms. Albin graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.   Since law school, Ms. Albin has focused her practice on family law exclusively and now practices in both St. Charles and St. Louis Counties.  Ms. Albin has served on several boards serving the legal and greater communities throughout her years as an attorney.
