Jared Howell devotes a significant portion of his practice providing astute defense representation to health care institutions and professionals against claims for medical malpractice.
Jared also represents corporations throughout the greater St. Louis metropolitan area in complex commercial and general business litigation matters, including defending property owners against claims of premises liability; representing employers in labor and employment matters, including workers compensation defense; and representing public utility companies, local municipalities and other governmental agencies in eminent domain proceedings in federal and state court.
Jared obtained his legal education at Washington University School of Law in 2014 where he graduated with honors.
