Jared Howell dedicates a substantial portion of his practice to providing skilled and strategic defense representation to healthcare institutions and professionals in medical malpractice matters. With a deep understanding of the complexities of healthcare litigation, he works diligently to protect his clients’ reputations and achieve favorable outcomes in high-stakes cases.
Jared also represents corporations and businesses throughout the greater St. Louis metropolitan area in a wide range of complex commercial and general business litigation. His experience includes defending property owners against premises liability claims, representing employers in labor and employment disputes (including workers’ compensation defense), and advising public utility companies, municipalities, and governmental entities in eminent domain proceedings in both federal and state courts.
Jared earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 2014, graduating with honors. He is admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
