Wm. Randolph Weber

Wm. Randolph Weber is a partner at Hamilton Weber LLC. He represents individuals and entities in the St. Louis metropolitan area. His practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, commercial and public finance, business formation, corporate law, land use and development, residential and commercial real estate transactions, and general municipal representation.

Mr. Weber was first named to Best Lawyers in America for corporate and municipal law in 2007, and named as Lawyer of the Year-Municipal Law-St. Louis in 2013 and 2018. The St. Charles Chamber of Commerce rewarded him for his outstanding community service with its Citizen of the Years Award in 2003. St. Louis Small Business Monthly named him a Top Small Business Lawyer in 2015.

In 1974, Mr. Weber graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University. He then attended Saint Louis University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1977 and was a staff member of the Saint Louis University Law Journal. Mr. Weber is a former president of the St. Charles County Bar Association and he has been a member of the Federal Judicial Selection Commission for the Eastern District of Missouri.
