Kenneth E. Siemens

Kenneth E. Siemens is the managing partner of the Saint Joseph-based firm Taylor Siemens Elliott Creedy & Lyle P.C. in Missouri. He is equally established in representing clients in a variety of law fields involving business and corporate law, family law and personal injury law. 

Strategic in his approaches, Mr. Siemens showcases the skills and knowledge garnered from over three decades of legal experience. He has won over $90 million for his clients who were the victims of personal injury due to the negligence or wrongdoings of others. He is admitted to practice both in the state and federal courts of Missouri, the Kansas state courts and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.

Attending the University of Missouri, Columbia, Mr. Siemens secured dual bachelor’s degrees summa cum laude in accountancy and economics in 1990. An exemplary student, he went on to graduate cum laude with his doctorate in jurisprudence from his alma mater in 1993. His numerous academic achievements during his collegiate tenure include being selected to the Mortar Board and the Mystical Seven honor societies, along with several leadership positions at the organizations.
