Currently, Mr. Mandel is admitted to practice in the states of Missouri and Illinois, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
Mr. Mandel was counsel for the Urban League of St. Louis’s West Point Parents Club Board of Directors for five years. He also served on the board of the largest and oldest charter school in St. Louis, the Premier Charter School.
