Amanda L. Hayden

Amanda Hayden is a trial attorney at The Hayden Law Firm St. Louis Accident & Injury Lawyers. A persuasive litigator and strategic negotiator, Amanda is committed to championing the rights of individuals and families throughout Missouri and Illinois who have suffered devastating losses due to the negligence and recklessness of others.

Amanda's practice-area expertise includes catastrophic personal injury, such those who have been injured or killed in motor vehicle crashes, motorcycle crashes, suffered neurological injuries, traumatic brain injuries (TBI's), spinal cord injuries, soft tissue injuries, and those involved in commercial motor vehicle crashes (CMV crashes involving 18-wheelers & various kinds of commercial trucks). Amanda also represents clients that have suffered other types of injuries resulting from premises liability (slip and fall, trip and fall), dog bites, sexual assault, and sexual harassment. 

Prior to founding The Hayden Law Firm St. Louis Accident & Injury Lawyers, Amanda spent 15 years in the fields of finance and management, acquiring and developing expertise in complex financial negotiations. Those skills, along with her experience litigating multi-million dollar lawsuits in federal courts, help ensure that her clients receive the highest levels of personal attention and judicial advocacy.

A life-long resident of the St. Louis area, Amanda earned her law degree from St. Louis University School of Law. Amanda is licensed to practice in all state courts in both Missouri and Illinois, and also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois. As a former collegiate track and field athlete, she looks forward to game nights with her husband and three their three sons, cheering on the Cardinals, the Blues, and the Missouri Tigers.
